As time marches on, I expect that this site will become the first port of call for anyone who wants to get to know our school. For our parents, the site will provide access to individual school reports, timetables, menus and individual class lessons and activities.

Situated in Glenfield, NSW, Hurlstone Agricultural High School stands proud as one of the state's finest schools. The school's rich culture underpins its success. At Hurlstone, you find a culture based upon pride, striving for personal excellence, caring for and supporting fellow students, excellence in agriculture and the valuing community service.

Hurlstone is a selective, co-educational day/boarding school catering for an enrolment of about 966 students in 2009. Although we pride ourselves on our pursuit of academic excellence, the school has much more to offer.

At Hurlstone Agricultural High School we make every effort to provide our students with an outstanding education that goes all the way to develop the whole person.

Our special focus on Agriculture sees our students immersed in a broad range of agrarian activities and animal husbandry. Environment, agriculture, horticulture, climate change and sustainability are issues and concerns our students grapple with on a daily basis. These activities pre-eminently prepare our students to take on University studies and challenges vital to the health and welfare of the world.
